Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing any operational challenges that arise. You will also engage in proactive problem-solving to enhance service delivery and maintain high standards of operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture. - Experience with cloud service management and deployment strategies. - Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
