Zamorins Solutions Pvt Ltd a leading software development company based in Infopark Kochi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to oversee and streamline the overall functioning of the organization
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
Location Requirement
The candidate must reside within 8 kilometers of the Infopark Kakkanad Kochi office or be willing to relocate nearby for daily on-site presence
Experience
Seasoned professionals from Government State Central PSUs or any reputed private companies are preferred
Experience in IT companies software development and sales and marketing is desirable
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall administration of the company and ensure smooth day to day operations
Proficiency in English both written and verbal to handle internal and external communication effectively
Strong computer skills including hands on experience with email MS Excel and MS Word
Human Resource support including recruitment coordination attendance monitoring and assisting with salary disbursement
Coordinate with external partners such as auditors tax consultants and the Company Secretary's office for statutory filings and compliance
Handle internet banking activities related to company operations
Prepare and review content for social media posts related to the company and its products
