Job Profile



Manage client interactions and communications effectively. Handle mutual fund account openings, KYC processes, and other related documentation. Coordinate with mutual fund companies, insurance providers, and financial partners regarding ongoing investments. Track internal documents, maintain data records, and follow up with respective parties. Manage basic social media platforms for brand awareness and client engagement. Assist clients with their investments, renewals, and financial queries. Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial partners. Occasionally visit clients and partners as required.

Desired Candidate Profile



Basic understanding of Investments, Financial Planning, Mutual Funds, and Insurance. Knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with basic social media management. Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Excellent teamwork and coordination abilities. Prior experience in financial services will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
