We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a
Customer Care Executive.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, concerns, and complaints via chat and email channels in a timely, courteous, and effective manner.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
0-2 years of experience in customer support (chat/email support preferred)
Excellent written communication skills in English
?Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems and support tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,837.80 - ₹23,127.31 per month
