We're on the lookout for someone who's:

Smart enough to manage call center responsibilities

Good at

order processing, order tracking, and follow-ups

Able to work with

online tools like Interakt, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, etc.

Comfortable talking to customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction Open to handling

general online & day-to-day business operations

Ideal Candidate:

Hungry to

learn and grow in a fast-paced Ayurvedic FMCG environment

Has

basic computer skills

, clear communication, and attention to detail Takes

ownership

and is proactive in solving problems Available to
