Cityflo is a daily commute company that provides a comfortable, stress-free travel experience for corporate professionals, as an alternative to driving. With premium buses, a simple app and caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time in their busy schedules -- where they can read their book, watch Netflix, nap or simply soak in the view of the city. We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way.

Today, we run 400 buses and log 22000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, we've expanded services to Hyderabad & Delhi, where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 2 years, we plan to scale to 1000 buses and 100,000 daily bookings across all the cities.

About This Role :

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Interns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating with operators and drivers, and maintaining accurate booking records.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle incoming customer emails and calls, providing prompt and professional support. Update customers with product information, booking status, and service updates. Coordinate with operators to confirm bookings and assign drivers. Maintain MIS (Management Information System) for all bookings, ensuring data accuracy. Follow up on pending queries and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Assist in operational tasks as required to ensure smooth trip execution.

Requirements :

Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. For interns - willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualification:

Prior experience in operations would be plus. Freshers are welcome to apply for internship roles.
