ZeroLeakage is a leading company in water leak detection and structural thermography solutions. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented candidate to support our daily operations and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound & outbound calls
with clients and vendors
Schedule & coordinate
site visits
for engineers
Prepare reports and maintain documentation
Follow up on
payments, reports, and client updates
Collect client feedback & maintain records
Assist in
day-to-day operations
for smooth workflow
Maintain & update data in
MS Excel and tracking tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi & Marathi
Good organizational & time-management abilities
Ability to work independently & handle multiple tasks
Prior experience in
operations, customer support, or admin work
preferred (not mandatory)
