Key Responsibilities:Customer Support (Email & Chat):
Respond to customer inquiries through email, website chat, and social media messages.
Resolve issues related to order status, exchanges, delays, and payments.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while handling all queries.
Coordinate with the logistics team for order updates and delivery escalations.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Track daily inventory movement across platforms (website, marketplaces, offline).
Update stock levels and ensure accuracy of product availability on the backend.
Coordinate with production and warehouse team for restocking and product dispatch.
Identify fast-moving and low-stock items and raise alerts for restocking.
Backend & Operational Support:
Maintain records of returns, exchanges, and damaged stock.
Generate simple reports on inventory levels and customer feedback.
Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
Requirements:
Good written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or any inventory management tools.
Experience with Shopify, Unicommerce, or similar platforms is a plus.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
