to oversee the complete functioning of our Coimbatore branch. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, handle vendor coordination, and drive branch sales and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations including bookings, customer handling, service coordination, and issue resolution.
Manage and lead branch staff -- training, scheduling, monitoring, and performance management.
Ensure smooth coordination with vendors (hotels, transport, tours, visa partners, etc.).
Achieve monthly branch targets related to revenue, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely and effective solutions.
Monitor branch expenses, prepare performance reports, and ensure profitability.
Maintain compliance with company policies, documentation accuracy, and process standards.
Improve operational efficiency and ensure high service quality.
Build strong customer and vendor relationships to support business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
6-10+ years of experience in travel & tourism operations or branch/office management.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of travel booking processes (flights, hotels, packages, visa, insurance).
Ability to manage targets, budgets, and branch performance.
Vendor management and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
Based on experience + performance incentives
