detail-oriented and proactive Operations Co-ordinator
to assist our
sales and operations teams
. The role involves
preparing proposals, maintaining data, creating reports and making professional presentations
. This is a
backend support role
and does
not require direct client interaction
.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and format
business proposals, quotations, and presentations
for internal and external use.
Maintain and update
databases, trackers, and dashboards
in Excel and other tools.
Generate
sales reports, performance summaries, and analytics
for the management team.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect data and ensure smooth workflow.
Support the sales team by preparing
pitch decks, pricing sheets, and client-ready documents
.
Assist in
process documentation, workflow optimization, and report automation
.
Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and confidentiality of business information.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field.
Experience:
1-2 years in
business support, MIS reporting, pre-sales, or operations support
.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
.
Familiarity with
data analysis and reporting tools
(preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work
independently
and
collaborate
with multiple teams.
