In this responsibility, your role is to oversee and manage the operational activities within an organization including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, basic account maintenance, Also serves as the liaison between Development team and management. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment to company's infrastructure and processes.
1. Follow established procedures to complete assignments ranging from time-sheet follow-ups to resource availability.
2. Provide team assistance as per the days requirements ranging from arrange fun activity to IT infrastructure.
3. Understand workflow management in-order to share crucial information (generate and share Time sheet)to highly valued clients.
4. Communicate pertinent information to senior managers and support activities that help mitigate organizational loss or impact (purchase and cost management), as needed.
5. Most importantly take care of very basic needs to run a organization like purchase of essentials and keep record of the same.
6. Inventory Optimization & Planning Occupations (Supply Chain & Logistics)
Candidates with experience in Call Center / BPO and Technical Support Roles can also apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
Operations or BPO: 1 year (Required)
