Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and service excellence.
Provide customer support by responding to inquiries, managing expectations, and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in monitoring operational performance, identifying issues, and implementing process improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and meet tight deadlines.
Support the management team in planning and executing operational strategies.
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech, Diploma, Degree, or Degree in Business Administration.
Previous experience in operations coordination preferred.
Experience in customer support will be an added advantage.
