Job Description

Connect with the designated customers and confirm their availability for medical tests. Capability to engage with customers' at different levels. Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations. Liaise with the internal and external stakeholders for correct and on time reporting Ability to listen and solve problems. Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm. Good communication skills- both verbal and written. Should be flexible.
Languages : English, Hindi must. Other language would be added advantage.

Experience : 2-4 years

Immediate joiners would be preferred
