We are looking for a dedicated female Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and help manage day-to-day coordination tasks crucial to our retail and wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Regularly follow up with all vendors regarding the status of ongoing retail orders. Send timely payment reminders to clients. Make follow-up calls to wholesale customers. Maintain a

Parcel Register

accurately and consistently. Keep records of

inward and outward movement

of lehengas, daily parcels, tailoring items, dyed items, etc. Ensure proper

packing and dispatching (parcel lagana)

of items as per schedule. Coordinate internally and take regular follow-ups from the in-house

sales team

to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Female candidates only. Strong verbal communication and follow-up skills. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Basic knowledge of Excel and record maintenance. Previous experience in retail or operational roles (preferred but not mandatory).
