PENNEP is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Operations Coordinator
to work directly with the Leadership on a contractual basis. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and coordination skills to ensure smooth daily operations and effective collaboration across teams
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Leadership to manage and oversee day-to-day operational tasks.
Draft, review, and manage emails, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Assign and track tasks for team members, ensuring timely completion and accountability.
Collaborate closely with the
Marketing
and
Development
teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Set up and coordinate
virtual meetings
, ensuring technical setup and communication readiness.
Organize and maintain important
documents, reports, and files
efficiently.
Coordinate and plan
corporate events and meetings
with attention to detail.
Ensure
confidentiality
and maintain discretion in handling sensitive information.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in operations coordination, executive support, or project management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in
Microsoft Office,
project management tools.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
