Shift : Evening (6pm-3 am) Job Summary: We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing the attendance and work activities of construction workers at various sites in Canada. You'll serve as the primary point of contact between management and construction workers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: - Attendance Tracking: Monitor and track attendance of construction workers at sites in Canada. - Work Activity Tracking: Track and report on construction workers' activities and progress on-site. - Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on worker attendance, work progress, and any issues that arise. - Communication: Make daily calls to construction sites and construction workers to ensure smooth operations as well as address any concerns if occur. - Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents related to construction workers and projects. - Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact between management and construction workers in Canada, providing support and resolving issues as needed. -End-of-Day Reporting: Generate daily EOD reports summarizing all work completed Requirements: - Strong organizational and excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Ability to make daily calls and interact with construction workers and management - Familiarity with construction industry or experience in a similar
