We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Coordinator
to support and coordinate daily operational activities across departments. The role focuses on process coordination, documentation, reporting, and ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks to maintain efficiency and compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
Support implementation of operational procedures and internal processes
Prepare, maintain, and update operational records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to track task progress and timelines
Assist in scheduling operations, meetings, and internal reviews
Monitor inventory, resources, and operational requirements
Identify operational gaps and report issues to management
Ensure adherence to internal policies and operational guidelines
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Eligibility Criteria
Must have completed 12th standard
from
CBSE or ICSE board only
Undergraduate degree must be from CBSE/ICSE background
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is acceptable
Basic understanding of operations and coordination functions
Required Skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,083.57 - ₹15,601.93 per month
