Position: Project / Operations Coordinator



Location:

Jai ganesh vision, Akurdi, Pune

Reporting to:

Manager - Business Operations

Role Objective:



The Project / Operations Coordinator will act as a

bridge between Sales, Technical Team, Assembly Plant, Clients, and Management

. The role focuses on

coordination, follow-ups, tracking, and early warning signals

to ensure inquiries, offers, materials, production, and client deliverables are executed on time.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Inquiry & Offer Coordination

Receive and log

new inquiries

from Sales / Management. Coordinate with the

technical team

for drawings, BOQ, costing, and technical inputs. Track

offer preparation status

and ensure quotations are sent to clients within committed timelines. Raise

early red flags

if offers are getting delayed.
2. Production & Assembly Plant Coordination

Coordinate

daily operations

at the assembly / manufacturing plant. Track

monthly production targets

and actual progress. Highlight

gaps or risks

if monthly targets are likely to be missed. Coordinate with technical and production teams to resolve bottlenecks.
3. Material Tracking & Control

Track

material requirement vs availability

for ongoing and upcoming jobs. Coordinate with purchase / stores / vendors for material status. Provide

advance alerts

if any material is likely to be delayed and may impact production or dispatch.
4. Client Coordination & Deliverables

Coordinate with clients for: Drawings, approvals, documents, and deliverables Delivery schedules and commitments Attend

client meetings

along with sales / technical team. Track

client-wise commitments

and follow up internally for closures.
5. Planning, Tracking & Reporting

Maintain trackers for: Inquiries & offers Production & dispatch Material status Monthly targets vs achievements Share

daily / weekly / monthly status updates

with management. Highlight

risks, delays, and dependencies

clearly and in advance.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as a

single point of coordination

between: Sales Technical / Engineering Production / Assembly Purchase / Stores Management Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
Desired Skills & Profile

Strong

coordination, follow-up, and communication skills

. Good communication (internal teams + clients) Ability to

track multiple activities

and prioritize work. Basic understanding of

manufacturing / assembly / project execution

(preferred). Good working knowledge of

Excel / Google Sheets

for trackers. Proactive mindset--

flags issues before they become problems

. Comfortable interacting with

clients, engineers, and management

.
Qualification & Experience (Flexible)

Graduate / Diploma (Engineering preferred but not mandatory). 1-4 years experience in coordination, projects, operations, or planning roles. Freshers with strong coordination skills can also be considered.
