We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled

Operations Coordinator

to join our team at K&A Engineering in

Nepal.

Role Expectations:



Collect, check, and organize documents for company formation (passports, articles of association, leases, POAs, etc.) Fill out online government forms and submit applications through local portals (MISA/Qiwa in Saudi, MCA/SPICe+ in India, etc.) Follow up daily/weekly with local lawyers, company secretaries, and government offices until approvals are received Scan, name, and file every certificate, license, and approval letter in the correct shared folders Develop, update, and maintain the master "Country Status Dashboard" so everyone can see at a glance what is pending or approved Schedule and track renewal dates for commercial registrations, trade licenses, VAT certificates, etc. Arrange notarization, apostille/legalization, and certified translations when required Coordinate opening of local bank accounts (prepare application packs and connect with local point of contacts) Handle small payments to government application/registration fees Perform new research when we consider a new country for compliance research. Help prepare board resolutions or PoAs for new entities Support employee work visa and residency applications for team members traveling to new countries Create simple process guides/checklists after each country launch so the next one is faster Flag upcoming law changes that affect us (e.g., new e-invoicing rules in Saudi) Assist during audits by pulling the correct corporate documents quickly

What we're looking for:




Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field Minimum of one years of experience in contract management, legal review, or a similar role. Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written and spoken English Arabic and Hindi language are a strong advantage but not required.
