Position: Operations Coordinator (Hybrid mode)

Qualificaton

:

Any Degree with Fluency in English

Knowledge of Shopify and similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage

Coordinating with different pharmacies to arrange and dispatch orders in a timely and efficient manner Communicating with customers to ensure that they receive their orders in a satisfactory condition and addressing any issues that may arise Coordinating with drivers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders Preparing relevant reports on orders, inventory, and other operational metrics as required Continuously monitoring and analyzing the performance of the operations and making improvements as needed. Keep track and maintain inventory records, plan and reorder stock as needed Provide customer service, answering queries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner Other duties as assigned by the management

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
