About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Operations Coordinator to manage the overall operations of our company across multiple branches. The role requires strong coordination skills, team handling experience, and the ability to manage both technical and administrative operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across all company branches.
Coordinate and support various operational functions, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Manage office infrastructure including biometric systems, CCTV, IT assets, and other office equipment.
Handle vendor management and ensure timely arrangements for office requirements (e.g., water supply, stationery, housekeeping, etc.).
Provide support in IT-related issues and asset management.
Coordinate with management and staff to fulfill operational needs from base level to top-level requirements, including Chairman's office requirements.
Supervise and guide team members to ensure adherence to company policies and goals.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
Proven experience in a similar operations coordination/administration role.
Strong leadership and team handling skills.
Knowledge of IT support, biometric systems, and CCTV handling preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Age below 35 years.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
