Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple internal departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance within the ERP system.
Track, monitor, and follow up on operational tasks and project timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc operational reports to management.
Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Serve as a central point of contact for internal communications related to operations.
Support the implementation of operational strategies, policies, and compliance measures across departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative coordination role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Must be proficient in both English and Hindi..
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
