Job Summary



We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to support internal operations, project coordination, and office administration. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning across teams and helps maintain efficiency, compliance, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Schedule meetings, daily stand-ups, and client calls. Track project progress, remove blockers, and update documentation. Generate reports on KPIs, timelines, and resource utilization. Manage SOPs, policy compliance, and audit readiness. Handle onboarding, IT asset tracking, and vendor coordination. Oversee office maintenance, cleaning staff, and supply management.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field. 2+ years in operations/admin/project coordination, preferably in tech. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic asset tools. Strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills. English fluency; regional language is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
