Responsibilities:



Support the team to ensure standard operating procedures are consistently followed.



Manage internal components of the Engagement Management Lifecycle, including setup, tracking, and closeout activities.



Maintain and report data within Salesforce, Client Care, and related internal systems.



Assist with document management, file maintenance, and process documentation.



Develop and manage Microsoft Teams sites and internal support portals.



Execute and manage vendor invoices through the firm's AP portal.



Provide ad hoc system and process support to client delivery teams.



Maintain functional knowledge of client acceptance, Salesforce, project setup, and WIP/DSO processes.



Collaborate across teams to identify efficiencies and support operational improvements.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree required.



Knowledge of operations support and administrative processes mandatory



Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic features of Excel and PowerPoint.



Skilled in maintaining accuracy and attention to detail across multiple tasks.



Effective in communication, organization, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.



Proactive, dependable, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.



Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and adherence to confidentiality.



Eager to learn, adapt, and apply new knowledge in a dynamic environment.



Ability to travel for work and work on Additional Projects wherever needed.
