Shamoor Media Group is seeking a reliable and organized Operations Coordinator to manage and support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate across internal teams, maintain records and reports, assist management with scheduling and administrative work, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily office operations and internal workflows.
Maintain documentation, reports, attendance, and MIS records.
Support HR activities including onboarding, scheduling, and employee coordination.
Track task progress and follow up with internal teams for timely delivery.
Organize meetings, prepare schedules, and coordinate internal communications.
Handle office logistics and vendor coordination.
Assist management with data preparation and process improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in operations, administration, or coordination role preferred (freshers may apply).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Ability to Coordinate with Client & Team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
