The Mind Chess Academy is seeking a proactive

Operations Coordinator

(Only Femlate Candidate) form Bangalore to manage the daily operations of our online chess coaching programs. You will be the main point of contact for parents, coaches, and the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and seamless operations. Responsibilities include answering queries, onboarding new students, sending fee reminders, updating class schedules, and overseeing general administration.

Responsibilities:

Respond to queries from parents, coaches, and the sales team. 25% of the Job includes outound calling (around 20-25 calls per day) Engage with parents in WhatsApp groups, answering questions and providing updates. Onboard new students and provide support as needed. Send fee follow-up reminders and make calls for timely payments. Create and update class batches, ensuring accuracy. Monitor coaches' attendance and ensure daily class recordings are shared. Coordinate with coaches to ensure smooth lesson delivery. Assist with administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with online platforms and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp). Basic knowledge of chess is a plus but not mandatory. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

Salary:

During a 3-month probation period: ?10,000 per month. After probation, permanent employment with a salary Ranges from ?15,000 to 18000 per month Half-yearly performance reviews.
