Key Responsibilities
Cab Dispatch & Coordination
Manage real-time cab allocation for airport pickups and drops.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure punctual reporting at terminals.
Minimize idle time and optimize routes to reduce dry runs.
Customer Handling
Assist passengers with booking confirmations, driver details, and vehicle coordination.
Address customer queries, complaints, or escalations at the airport promptly.
Ensure a smooth experience for corporate clients and premium bookings.
Driver & Fleet Management
Verify driver reporting, dress code, and compliance before duty.
Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and on schedule.
Handle last-minute duty reassignments or driver no-shows.
Operational Compliance
Coordinate with airport authorities for parking permits and regulatory compliance.
Maintain logs of duty assignments, trip status, and cancellations.
Enforce safety, security, and company operational policies.
Reporting & Communication
Update duty status on internal systems and share timely updates with management.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on fleet utilization, delays, and service quality.
Support in implementing AI-based dispatch and optimization tools.
Skills & Qualifications
10 + 2 Education completed.
Experience in transport, fleet management, or airport operations will be added advantage.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages (Marathi preferred for Mumbai operations) will be helpful.
Ready to train on GPS tracking systems, dispatch software.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and nights as per airport schedules.
