We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination between parents, tutors, and internal teams. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, efficient communication, and an excellent experience for both students and tutors at Tutrain.
Key Responsibilities:
Parent & Tutor Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for parents and tutors, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Schedule and manage classes, ensuring smooth communication between parents and tutors. Maintain a database of tutor availability, student requirements, and class schedules.
Operational Management: Ensure smooth onboarding of new tutors and students. Monitor day-to-day operations, track progress, and resolve any logistical challenges. Support the management team in implementing new processes to improve efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Collect regular feedback from parents and tutors to ensure service quality. Track student progress and highlight any issues that require intervention. Maintain records of classes, attendance, and performance.
Team & Process Support: Assist in training and guiding tutors on Tutrain's standards and expectations. Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to align operations with growth goals. Support in organizing internal meetings, reports, and operational updates.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly reports on operations, class schedules, and feedback. Analyze operational challenges and suggest improvements. Ensure compliance with Tutrain's policies and standards.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Education, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or client servicing (EdTech/Education preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/regional language).
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with an ability to work under pressure.
