Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client/partner onboarding through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Coordinate and maintain effective communication between clients, suppliers, and partners.
Handle incoming queries promptly and provide accurate resolutions.
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and client requirements.
Prepare, maintain, and update necessary documentation and reports.
Support the operations team with timely deliverables.
Escalate critical issues to the management team when required.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
International client-handling experience (preferred).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Documentation).
Willing to work
4:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
1-2 years of experience in operations, client coordination, or a similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
