Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to support the setup and operations of our upcoming Venture Capital Fund vertical.

This role will play a key part in establishing processes, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and managing tax and compliance requirements for venture capital fund structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Experienced person - Outside.

-Prospective Partnership exposure - (GP/LP/LLC) - 2-3 years of experience FATCA compliance Venture capital funds experience.
Communication Client and Internal Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for VC fund clients. Follow up with clients for data requests and coordinate with the internal Accounting and Bookkeeping team for preparation of fund financials. Coordinate with the internal Person-in-Charge, Managers, and assigned staff at various stages of the project. Communicate directly with fund entities and investors as needed, including managing and delivering K-1s. Coordinate with the internal Operations Team for administrative and compliance reporting.
Tax Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure timely preparation and filing of Applicable election statements for newly incorporated entities. Estimates, extensions, and final returns for all entities and individuals within the group. Maintain up-to-date and complete permanent documentation for all entities. Track and ensure timely completion of deliverables for both entity-level and individual-level tax compliance. Monitor and ensure adherence to FATCA compliance requirements across all deliverables.
Process Improvement:

Identify and implement automation or process improvement opportunities in the Venture Capital vertical. Work closely with senior management to build scalable systems for the VC fund service line.
Key Requirements:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in tax compliance related to Partnership structures (GP/LP/LLC). Working knowledge of Venture Capital fund structures, investor communication, and tax deliverables (e.g., K-1s). Familiarity and experience with FATCA compliance and reporting. Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions and internal collaboration. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables efficiently. Proficiency in tracking, documenting, and reporting using internal tools and software systems.

Pay: ₹181,583.98 - ₹1,130,661.92 per year
