Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update all leads, contacts, and deals within

Odoo CRM

. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain a clean, updated CRM database. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to track lead progress. Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for follow-ups, lead nurturing, and feedback. Maintain daily records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM. Generate CRM reports and share insights with the management team. Assist in improving CRM workflows and automation for better efficiency.

Requirements:



Proven experience

in managing

Odoo CRM

or similar CRM platforms.

Excellent communication skills

in English and Hindi. Prior experience in

telecalling / inside sales / lead management

preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Basic understanding of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,422.07 - ₹31,322.30 per month
