Job Summary:
We are looking for an
Operations & Client Support Executive
who is organized, tech-savvy, and has a flair for marketing. In this role, you will handle the backbone of our operations from filling online applications to coordinating with clients, while also assisting in marketing campaigns to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Management:
Accurately filling out online applications, government forms, and documentation for clients (Licensing/Compliance).
Client Coordination:
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients via Email, WhatsApp, and Phone. ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.
Data Management:
Organizing client data, project statuses, and reports using
MS Excel
.
Follow-ups:
rigorous follow-up with clients regarding pending documents, payments, and service updates.
Marketing Support:
Drafting creative messages for marketing campaigns (WhatsApp/Email) to promote our services to potential clients.
Team Support:
Assisting the management with general administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Computer Literacy:
Excellent command of MS Office (specifically
Excel
and Word) and comfortable using online portals.
Communication:
Strong command over
English (Written & Verbal)
is a major advantage. You must be able to type professionally.
Marketing Aptitude:
Prior experience or a strong interest in Marketing/Social Media promotion is highly valued.
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail, patience in handling data, and a polite demeanor with clients.
Preferred Profile:
Female candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates living in or near Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad will be given preference.
