We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Client Experience Associate to support our growing Operations and Client Servicing team. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing client satisfaction, managing feedback and reviews, and ensuring smooth courier coordination with clients and space partners.

Reach out to clients for feedback and encourage reviews on platforms like Google, Trustpilot, etc.
Track review collection progress and prepare weekly review performance reports
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns before requesting reviews
Courier Coordination
Manage all incoming and outgoing courier activity for both clients and space partners
Coordinate with courier companies for dispatches, tracking, and delivery follow-ups
Maintain accurate logs of all shipments and ensure timely communication on status.
Operational Data & Reporting
Maintain internal trackers for client status, partner status, courier activity, and review collection
Ensure data accuracy in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms
Generate and share MIS reports regularly with the operations and client servicing teams
Client Servicing Support (Junior CRM Assistance)
Assist with client interactions, basic support, and follow-ups
Update CRM tools with notes, status updates, and escalation details
Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth client experience and alignment between teams
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal & written)
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Highly organized, reliable, and quick to learn new systems
Prior experience in logistics or courier coordination is a plus
