Key Responsibilities:

2. Analyze emerging publishing trends, market insights, and consumer preferences.
3. Identify popular marketing strategies used by successful children's book publishers.
4. Assist in developing marketing strategies for book releases and promotions.
5. Create target audience personas and engagement plans.
6. Analyze competitors\' marketing approaches to recommend new tactics.
7. Assist in planning and executing book launch campaigns.
8. Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth marketing rollouts.
9. Track campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
10. Assist in content creation for social media and digital platforms.
11. Schedule and manage posts across social media platforms.
12. Assist with day-to-day operations like data entry and report preparation.
13. Keep up with publishing deadlines and provide operational support.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Literature, Publishing, or a related field.
2. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather insights and present them clearly and concisely.
3. Interest or experience in children's literature, publishing, or education.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics).
6. Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas for marketing and content creation.
7. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (\xe2\x82\xb9 25 per sale).
