Roles and Responsibilities:
? Pre-Inspection & Documentation:
Review shipping documents, packing lists, MSDS (if hazardous), and consignee requirements.
? Material Verification:
Check product type, batch numbers, and quantities; report any damaged, expired, or non-compliant
materials.
? Pallet Inspection:
Ensure pallets meet export standards (ISPM-15), are structurally sound, and contamination-free.
? Palletizing Oversight:
Supervise palletizing for uniform weight distribution and compliance with handling guidelines.
? Re-Palletizing (if needed):
Oversee transfer to new pallets; ensure accurate re-labelling and document reasons.
? Wrapping & Securing:
Confirm proper shrink wrapping/strapping; ensure hazardous goods are handled per SDS.
? Labelling & Marking:
Verify all labels for accuracy, including product info, consignee details, and hazard markings.
? Reporting:
Prepare inspection reports with supporting photos and issue shipment readiness clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,320.07 - ₹28,787.78 per month

Work Location: In person
