You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing product listings, coordinating uploads, ensuring catalog hygiene, and supporting daily e-commerce operations across online marketplaces. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination between marketing, design, and warehouse teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesCataloguing & Listing
Upload new products on
Amazon, FirstCry, Flipkart, Myntra
, and other marketplaces.
Ensure all product listings have complete, accurate, and SEO-friendly content (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords).
Manage
A+ content
, images, and category attributes as per platform guidelines.
Track and resolve suppressed or inactive listings.
Regularly update price, stock status, and product information.
Operations Coordination
Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability and product dispatches to Amazon FCs / marketplace partners.
Monitor FBA inventory levels and raise replenishment alerts.
Track inwarding, packaging, and shipment timelines for new listings or restocks.
Maintain product master sheets and listing trackers.
Cross-Team Support
Work closely with
marketing & design
teams to implement A+ content and images.
Assist
performance marketing team
with ASIN-level keyword and product data.
Support
customer service
team for listing-related issues (returns, errors, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (any discipline) - Commerce / Business / Marketing preferred.
1-2 years of experience in
marketplace operations or cataloguing
(Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) preferred; freshers with strong aptitude may apply.
Good knowledge of
MS Excel / Google Sheets
.
Basic understanding of
Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Unicommerce
is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Team player with proactive communication skills.
