Role Overview

Indian Art is seeking an

Operations & Business Manager

to take full charge of day-to-day business operations, project management, and team supervision in the

Digital Screen Signage

and

Print Media

segment.
Your primary role will be to ensure smooth functioning of all departments -- allowing the Director to focus on business development and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and manage teams (telecallers, designers, fabricators, installers). Oversee digital screen installations, print branding projects, and signage fabrication. Handle supplier management, rate negotiations, and material procurement. Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines from design to site execution. Coordinate with clients for design approvals, project delivery, and after-sales support. Assist in sales operations -- quotation preparation, lead follow-up, and client communication. Manage cost control, vendor billing, and client payment collections. Prepare weekly progress, sales, and performance reports. Maintain quality standards across all digital and print branding work.

Ideal Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in

advertising, signage, or print media operations.

Proven leadership, people management, and project handling skills. Strong understanding of fabrication, installation, and branding workflows. Experience in vendor coordination and client servicing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities. Self-driven, dependable, and result-oriented professional.

Compensation

Fixed Salary:

?40,000 - ?1,50,000 (depending on experience)

Performance Incentives:

Based on project profit or monthly targets.
