Operations & Billing Executive for Retail Outlet & Online Operations(Budget Bazaar Supermarket) Job description We an urgent requirement for an Experienced candidate for Operations & Billing Executive for our Retail Outlet & Online Operations for Budget Bazaar Supermarket. The Candidate will be primarily responsible for - Role and Responsibility - Billing & Cash Counter Management o Act as cashier for walk in Customers o Billing &Cash management o Customer Interaction/Relationship Building o Inventory management o Inward/Outward Supply Bills in billing System o Products Entry/update & reconciliation Online Order Management- o Ensure Online Order fulfilment with quality o Ensure Delivery on time by coordinating with delivery team o Customer Interaction management via Email/Call/Text related to online orders o Be prompt, pleasant and Timely Address Queries/request/complaint/feedback/engagement etc. Data management & Daily Reporting - o Daily Data reconciliation and Reporting for management o Be able to prepare & manage various reports related to Sales, customer, products, revenues on regular and ad-hoc basis o Be single point of contact for all data, reporting, online orders and billing related requirements Skills Required - Interpersonal & soft skills - o Positive, Solution Minded, Dedicated, Declined, Polite & humble in approach o Candidate must have a pleasant personality, good communication in Hindi and be able to read and write English for emailing and text purposes o Should be expressive, pleasant, willing to interact with customers & co-ordinate with internal team members like purchase, delivery, management etc. o Ability to explore and quickly learn to grow with business need Computer and software skills - o Candidate must have good understanding and ability to operate Retail Management, Billing & other software, portals o Ability to manage & work with Desktop/Laptop, Barcode Scanner, Printers, etc. o Should have good knowledge of MS Excel and it's functions like data sorting, filtering, formatting, management & troubleshooting issues o Summary & reports using Pivot & formulas like Vlook, Countif, Countifs, Sumifs etc. Experience: 1 year to 3 year or more Salary Band: Rs.10,000 to Rs.15,000/- based on experience and skills Growth opportunity basis skills, loyalty, creativity and performance Location& Joining:
