Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Operation Audit:
Conduct regular operational audits of franchise units to ensure adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and compliance with franchise agreements.
Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend corrective actions to franchisees.
Conduct site visits to evaluate franchisee performance, inventory management, equipment condition, and staff compliance.
Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
Follow up on audit outcomes to ensure corrective measures are implemented timely.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees and key stakeholders to enhance sales growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and operations to ensure successful order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise operations audit, B2B sales, or business development.
Strong knowledge of franchise business models, auditing standards, and sales strategies.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings regularly.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and audit or sales-related software tools.
Result-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
