Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer records accurately within the CRM system.
Implement and monitor CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation.
Coordinate with tech teams to ensure CRM integrations with tools (email, ERP, marketing automation) run smoothly.
Provide first-level support on CRM usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Generate dashboards and reports on sales, leads, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve lead management and customer experience.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in operations, CRM management, or related role.
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and organizational skills.
Ability to work full-time on-site with flexibility during peak events.
