Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support our packing and courier operations. This role involves handling daily order packaging, coordinating courier dispatches, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build operational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and pack products according to company guidelines to ensure safe transit
Label and organize packages for courier pick-ups and deliveries
Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch and tracking
Maintain daily records of packed and dispatched orders
Handle basic documentation related to shipping and courier services
Assist in managing inventory of packing materials
Ensure accuracy and quality checks before final dispatch
Support other operational tasks as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers welcome)
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and tracking systems)
Attention to detail, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
