Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive
Operations Associate
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn and contribute to the efficient execution of our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operational activities across HR, logistics, and business functions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Support in preparing and maintaining reports, trackers, and documentation.
Handle basic data entry, scheduling, and task management.
Contribute to process improvements by being proactive and solution-oriented.
Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks with attention to detail.
Be involved in logistics-related tasks and will be guided and trained to handle them effectively.
Requirements
Education:
Any Graduate.
Experience:
0-1 years (freshers encouraged to apply).
Skills:
Basic knowledge of
