Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: Madhavaram

Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily order processing and coordination on various D2C platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.

2. Inventory Monitoring & Support: Track and manage inventory levels across platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain stock accuracy and availability.

3. Logistics Coordination: Assist in handling logistics and shipping processes. Liaise with courier partners for timely and smooth deliveries.

4. Quality Control: Examining related materials and goods to identify defects. Ensure QC before dispatch.

5. Reporting & Communication: Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel. Draft and respond to emails professionally for internal and external communication.
