Key Responsibilities
Support daily operational activities to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders for smooth operations
Maintain and update operational documents, reports, and databases
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
Assist in procurement, logistics, and inventory management (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standard operating procedures
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and operational summaries
Handle communication, follow-ups, and documentation related to operations
Identify operational issues and support implementation of corrective actions
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field
1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
Experience in CSR, NGO, infrastructure, or project-based operations
Knowledge of basic procurement and vendor management processes
Familiarity with reporting tools and documentation standards
