Candidate Profile

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, with a minimum of 3-6 months of internship experience, preferably in secondary research
• Fluency in written and spoken English as well as strong communication skills to work collaboratively with a global team
• Independent with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Attention to detail along with strong analytical and creative thinking ability
• Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of private equity terminology
• Required Skills: MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Support the India and US team by conducting secondary research to build competitive landscapes and collect data on different industries/markets as per client requirements
• Upload advisor and deal related information into our database
• Create client ready deliverables including PPTs, word documents & excel sheets
• Collaborate with India & US teams to work on data analytics documents requiring advanced excel skills
• Contribute to building sales deliverables (2-pagers, trip sheets, etc)
• Actively participate in team meetings, skill-building, process improvements and knowledge sharing sessions within and across teams
