Job Summary:
The Updates Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate updating of shipment statuses and logistics information. This role involves constant communication with various stakeholders, including clients, carriers, and internal teams, to provide real-time updates and address any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Accurately enter shipment details and updates into the logistics management system.
Maintain up-to-date records of shipment statuses and logistical information.
Communicate shipment statuses and updates to clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Coordinate with carriers to obtain real-time information on shipment progress.
Monitor shipments and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment statuses and updates.
Provide proactive updates to clients to keep them informed about their shipments.
Handle customer complaints and issues related to shipment updates with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualification:
Graduate and Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
