Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations and logistics to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Coordinate with government offices, schools, and vendors for project-related work. Maintain and organize records, reports, and documentation. Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams. Manage inventory, materials, and timely distribution. Ensure adherence to all internal policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above. Strong verbal communication and coordination skills. Ability to read and understand English. Basic proficiency in using smartphones and computers. Familiarity with Google Drive, especially Google Sheets and Docs. Must own a bike and have a valid driving license. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Organized, punctual, and proactive in handling tasks.
