Support project managers in executing market research studies across various methodologies (quantitative & qualitative)
Assist in questionnaire checking, data validation, and quality control
Coordinate with internal teams (sampling, programming, fieldwork, data processing) to ensure smooth project execution
Perform basic Excel-based data cleaning, formatting, and reporting
Make outbound calls for respondent screening, verification, and recruitment as required
Track project timelines and maintain accurate documentation
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines
Assist in preparing daily / weekly project status reports
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project delivery
Requirements
Basic knowledge of market research and how the industry operates
Understanding of common research methodologies (surveys, CATI, CAWI, IDIs, FGDs, etc.)
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot table basics preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to learn project management processes
Comfortable with calling-based tasks (screening / recruitment)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or relevant field
