Your Role:
- Manage order fulfillment for both B2B and B2C customers and clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Handle finished goods inventory, crate placements, reallocations, and relocations.
- Supervise the supply chain and quality check for B2B orders, overseeing sachet packaging, product filling, cleaning, printing, and other related tasks.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage work-in-progress (WIP) logistics.
- Verify and reconfirm orders based on the provided addresses, especially when pin code delivery is doubtful.
- Maintain the RTO (Return to Origin) list and manage returns and exchanges.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and assist with gift packaging when required.
- Provide packaging and placement support during out-of-office events.
