What will you do at Fynd?

Working closely and coordinating with Store Managers, on-ground support fleet, and logistics Team and get customer issues resolved and pass the information to the customer Service team so that they can connect with the customer Work on the emails and calls. Assist in troubleshooting in cases where the application does not work for internal and external stakeholders Pass feedback to Engineering Team in cases of technical glitches Coordinate with ground staff and ensure that SLA (service level agreement) is not missed Coordination with Logistics and internal team Provide information to the Customer Service Team on a proactive basis for any type of foretasted issues

Some Specific Requirements

Excellent fluency in written and spoken English is essential Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines Ability to build external and internal relationships and partnerships Continually looks for efficiency gains, shares best practice and suggests process improvements Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers is essential Excellent organisational skills and ability to priorities Good communication and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Office Preferably 1 year and above experience in operations in retail, e-commerce or start-up Smart Freshers can also apply.
